How sessions work

50-minute virtual sessions, $160 CAD per session. Practical, collaborative, trauma-informed work, grounded in CBT and skill-building. We work in ways that fit how your brain actually works, rather than trying to fix it. Attention often follows interest, so we build around what holds attention, with small first steps, clear structure, and external supports.

Who this is for

youth to young adults with ADHD, including those with co-occurring autism, anxiety, or school stress. Parents are welcome to reach out.

What to expect

Your first session is a 50-minute virtual meeting. We talk about what brings you here, what is feeling hardest, and what you would like to be different. You do not need to prepare anything.
